RETURN POLICY AND GUARANTEE

Any product purchased from Kathleen Bates Designs may be returned within 30 days from purchase for a full refund, if the product is in its undamaged original condition. No refund will be issued for items that are damaged from use, or that have missing parts. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Refund will be issued to the credit card used by the customer for purchase, upon return delivery and inspection of the item(s).

If any product received by the customer is defective, damaged or incorrect, Kathleen Bates Designs will issue a replacement, if possible, or a full refund if the customer desires, upon return of the item(s). Return shipping cost for the item(s) will be refunded to the customer.
